Injunction against forced vaccinations

A message from Tim; On Oct 2, 2009 Judge Pisano ruled against the Injunction to prevent forced flu vaccinations.  I am now amending the Injunction, adding in more evidence, and refiling it in a better form. I am appealing everything possible.

Lawsuit papers submitted to the court on July 31, 2009;

Complaint - details the problems with the flu vaccines, shows why it is unconstitutional to allow forced vaccinations

Motion for Preliminary Injunction - An Injunction which would stop anyone who refuses a vaccination from being denied any rights or privileges (like being fired from their job).

Preliminary Injunction ( the Injunction is readied for the judge to sign, however, the judge denied this Injunction on Oct 2, 2009).

Exhibits - These exhibits support the Complaint and the Motion

Affidavit for Exhibits - This affidavit supports the exhibits, showing they are genuine and have not been altered.

Due to an err the court made on 9/2/2009, I decided to file a motion to increase the pay of all federal judges and federal court employees by 93%. Doing this will likely bring more needed attention to the anti-vaccine lawsuit and vaccine issue as a whole. :)
Lawsuit papers submitted to the court on Sept 25, 2009;

Order to Increase Pay

People in other countries may use these legal papers in their own lawsuits
These anti-vaccine lawsuit papers may be used by people in other countries as an aid in filing their own lawsuits. They might be of help. When a person submits a lawsuit in federal court, the court papers are not copyright, which means if someone wants to, they can use these anti-vaccine court papers in their own lawsuits without violating copyright law.

Of course, study the laws in your own country first, and you may be able to hire a law firm. If you cannot, you should be able to file your own lawsuit acting as your own attorney. If you are low income, you should be able to file everything for free. Hopefully this "copy & paste" format will help aid people around the world in typing up a simple anti-vaccine lawsuit they can file in their countries.

This anti-vaccine lawsuit was accepted into federal court and was given a federal civil case number, which means it was written in a manner that obeys the basic rules of the court to allow it to be properly filed. The lawsuit is written very simply in plain language, without the use of complicated references to US case law so it can help most anyone file a similar lawsuit against their own government where they live.

Remove what you don't need from this anti-vaccine lawsuit, and add in what is appropriate for your country's court system. Also feel free to add in additional evidence to show the flu vaccines are dangerous. The more anti-vaccine lawsuits filed around the world, the better. Even if they aren't successful, these lawsuits are bringing much needed attention to the flu vaccine issue. :)
