Please note; My Order to increase the pay of all federal court employees was denied. I am now refiling it in April of 2010 and asking for a bigger pay raise of 143 percent. Any donations will help.

This matter having been moved to the Court by the plaintiff Tim Vawter upon a Motion to Deem Unconstitutional

It is Hereby Ordered on this day of

That the Court shall issue an Order to have the present pay rates, salaries, hourly pay, overtime pay, and all other pay which is made to all federal judges and all federal court employees, including secretaries, security personnel at federal courthouses, and federal employees who create, operate, or maintain the federal court websites like PACER, to be increased by 93%, beginning at the next pay increment, so that their pay will now be 193% of their present rate of pay.

It is Further Ordered,

This pay increase shall be this made retroactive for the past 3 months. That retroactive payment shall be called “Back pay owed”, and it shall be paid to all federal employees mentioned in this Order, or similar order issued by this Court, within 30 days, and this “Back pay owed” shall be free from any state, local or federal taxation.
