 Federal lawsuit to stop Internet harassment

This federal lawsuit was filed to helped prevent Internet bullying, photo theft, clone pages, and more.
Civil case #11-cv-6878 filed on Nov. 23, 2011 in U.S. District Court in N.J.

Complaint - Lists the offenses engaged in by the defendants.

Demand A - Requires Youtube and Myspace to implement a MISSING CHILD banner system that any parent of a missing child can use to help find that child.

Demand B - Requires Youtube and Myspace to create Official Reporting pages.

Demand C - Requires Youtube remove all videos that teach hacking. Also mandates Youtube create an Official Penalties page showing how many years in prison someone can get for hacking, and an Official Hacking Prevention page.

Demand D - Compensation to innocent bystanders.

Demand E - Compensation to the Plaintiff, and a demand for $15 million in punitive damages.

The gentleman filing this federal lawsuit, Mr. Vawter, is disabled with a back injury. His love for children inspired him to file a lawsuit to help protect children over the Internet. His lawsuit is also designed to help stamp out online bullying in general, to create a much easier way to report Internet harassment, and more.
